Cha SiuBaau:The soft foam crust covering outside the salty sweet filling of Cha Siu make visitors eat it again and again. Biting a hot pie, you'll love Hong Kong more and more.


Yu Dan (Fish ball): Typically made from snow fish and eatenwith a special spicy sauce, Yu Dan is a dish you should not miss at the night markets.
